In 2017 South Australia amended the Laws on the rearing, sale and ownership of dogs within the state. Most of these laws came into effect as of 1st August 2017, however, there are some important laws that will take effect as of 1st July 2018. The page has two sub-pages that deal with these regulations. The first deals with the regulations that breeders and sellers need to adhere to. The second deals with the regulations that buyers should take note of.
